• Closing your accordion shutters, installing hurricane panels. 
• We will check your home as soon as it is safe after the storm, with photos.

 If you feel the need for an additional home visit or a neighbor saw something you want us to check on, we will check on your home upon request.

On this trip, I was checking a customer's house after Tropical Storm Debby. During my interior check, I found this leak going into the master bathroom. The leak originated from the exhaust vent on the roof for the master bath fan.

On the same day, while doing an interior check at another customer's home, I found a leak from a skylight. Luckily, the rain had subsided, and the stain didn't get any bigger. For both leaks, I notified the owners and with their consent, I contacted the proper vendors to have the repairs fixed within a few days.
